Safety Standards
CSI uses the following guidelines when arranging aircraft requirements for our customers.
- CSI uses certified Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 91/121/129/135 operators
- Air Carrier will be DOD approved when possible
- “Argus or Wyvern” recommended aircraft if requested
- Air Carrier must have a current Airworthiness Certificate and Certificate of Insurance
- Certificate of Insurance from each Air Carrier will name the Charterer as additional insured
- Air Carrier operational history and safety record must be in good standing
- Air Carrier must maintain current copies of pilot license(s)
- CSI requires authorization from the charterer to execute the Air Carrier’s contract on their behalf (agent disclaimer)
- CSI has an escrow account when required in the event an Air Carrier does not, to ensure that funds are protected (escrowed) prior to the completion of their contractual obligations
