Argus and Wyvern Aviation Safety Standards for Private Air Charter Flights

Safety Standards

CSI uses the following guidelines when arranging aircraft requirements for our customers.

  • CSI uses certified Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 91/121/129/135 operators
  • Air Carrier will be DOD approved when possible
  • “Argus or Wyvern” recommended aircraft if requested
  • Air Carrier must have a current Airworthiness Certificate and Certificate of Insurance
  • Certificate of Insurance from each Air Carrier will name the Charterer as additional insured
  • Air Carrier operational history and safety record must be in good standing
  • Air Carrier must maintain current copies of pilot license(s)
  • CSI requires authorization from the charterer to execute the Air Carrier’s contract on their behalf (agent disclaimer)
  • CSI has an escrow account when required in the event an Air Carrier does not, to ensure that funds are protected (escrowed) prior to the completion of their contractual obligations
