CSI Aviation Services, Inc. (a.k.a. Charter Services), established in 1979, has grown to our present position as a diversified and reliable aviation services company.  We deliver value in terms of industry experience, quality of service and price.  Capabilities include worldwide passenger and cargo air charter, aircraft leasing and comprehensive aircraft management.  We use a variety of certified air carriers with commercial aircraft, executive jets and turboprops.

CSI provides air charter transportation for multi-national corporations, incentives and meetings, athletics and government agencies.  Our experience gives us a distinct advantage in handling complex requirements and the unique capability to conduct immediate operations.  Several corporations rely on our resources as part of their emergency response programs as well as conducting personnel evacuations for these customers worldwide.

To illustrate CSI’s current day to day tempo, we receive over 2,000 requirements annually and offer approximately 10,000 aircraft options. We contract and provide aircraft to over 20%, each supported by a Service Coordinator or Program Manager providing customer assistance as necessary. 

CSI has demonstrated the capability of chartering, leasing or purchasing aircraft of various sizes and types worldwide.  CSI has secured and contracted aircraft on a fully allocated, ACMI and/or AIM basis for short and long-term requirements. 

Since 1983, CSI’s Military Services continues to provide airlines with experienced representation to the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) to support the military airlift market.  As the assigned agent for several U.S. airlines, we represent these air carriers to the DOD through the U.S. Transportation Command (USTC).  This entails handling Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) issues and coordinating domestic and international military air charter requirements.  Participation in the CRAF program is vital to our nation’s wartime airlift capacity and ensures that the DOD has access to supplemental airlift.  As a participant in the CRAF program air carriers operate military air charter requirements during peacetime.  Our services and experience with USTC enable us to provide immediate assistance in generating revenue to the air carriers we represent. 

Since 1990, CSI has been an integral part of the federal government air transportation system.  Services include on-demand air charter, leased and purchased aircraft, 24/7/365 standby aircraft, maintenance and logistics and full-time aircraft management.  Today, we continue to work with and have contracts in place with several agencies.

Since 2004, CSI has also held a GSA Schedule for both Air Charter and Aircraft Leasing.  Our GSA Schedule offers the government the ability to use a more efficient and convenient contracting tool on a full range of aircraft and aviation services.
